The History of HMS
Healthcare Management Solutions LLC (HMS) was established in the state of New York in 2001 and is a certified NYS Women’s Owned Business since 2004. HMS is held by the two co-founding Principals Bonnie Amoia, FHFMA and Marianne Muise, FHFMA who each have over forty (40) years of financial management experience that has been dedicated in the healthcare industry. In addition, the HMS team is comprised of nine (9) senior level consultants with extensive backgrounds in finance, reimbursement, revenue cycle and systems reporting.
Together we come from a variety of healthcare backgrounds which include senior financial executives, certified public accountants, Medicare auditors, reimbursement directors, revenue cycle directors and financial and system analysts. This experience makes us a unique team in providing our clients with a better management outcome.
